Our 1st Anniversary
June 19th marks our very first anniversary and we'll be celebrating with our friends, family and guests. A complimentary reception at 6:00 with appetizers and Champagne will be followed by a 5 course dinner at 7:00 priced at $45. Please RSVP for either or both today, seating is limited. 231.334.2530

Current Features
Tasting Menu, a 7 course tour of Chef Randy's best ingredients of the day. Offered through the summer, the menu and price will fluctuate daily. A perfectly matched wine flight will be available.

First Seating Special, 3 course Prix-Fixe for $26. Menu includes soup or salad with entrée and dessert selections, offered daily, first seating at 5:00 and 5:15.

Cooking Classes at blu
Our initial cooking class series last winter was a huge success, everyone had great time learning, sharing and eating! We're currently planning to extend the schedule for the coming fall and winter season. The one day session will be offered weekly on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm, exploring a new theme each week. The schedule will be published late summer 2009 for classes starting in October. Space is extremely limited, be sure to sign up for our email newsletter and stay tuned for the schedule.
