This restaurant is a dream come true for me, and an opportunity I never take lightly. Early on, I knew my carreer would be in the cuilinary world. I have had my share of success and awards but having my own restaurant, having total control over my personal vison of cuisine, has always been the ultimate goal. After spending the last 25 years in the Northwest Michigan fine dining arena, my Wife Mari and I are pleased to offer you Blu.
